2008 Pricing / Facility Rental Agreement

*Discounts apply for children younger than 12 years of age (only during

a multi-family events, ie, family camp).  See Rental Form for more information.

Minimum of $50 for an afternoon or

$3 per person, whichever is greater.

 

This is offered to a church, school, or business sponsored day use activity only. 

 

A Certificate of Insurance is required (see rental agreement for for coverage amounts)

 

A certified Red Cross Lifeguard is required by our insurance company and is to be supplied by your sponsor.  If a lifeguard is needed WABC can provided one at an additional charge.

    • Camp rules:

      • No alcohol or tobacco products allowed in or on WABC facility.

      • Each party is responsible for clean-up according to rental agreement and arrangements made during stay.

      • If you must bring your pet, they must be leashed or in a portable kennel at all times.  Pets are not allowed in any building for any reason.  Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pet and any damage that the pet does to any building siding, post, etc. including other people's property (ie. cleaning of shoes if pet droppings are not properly cleaned up.)

 

    • Campground:

      • 11 RV sites - W/E/S

        • 2 - 50 amp sites - 1 - back-in & 1 pull-in

        • 9 - 35 amp sites all back-ins (4 to be converted to 50 amp prayerfully by 2009)

      • Several primitive tent-site areas

    • Cabins - all with heat and air-conditioning:

      • 2 duplex style cabins - each sleeps 3-4 (full-size bed and 2 twin beds) with bathrooms

        • Cabins "A & B" each have tub with shower

        • Cabins "C & D" each have shower only

      • 3 cabins connected to chapel (see camp map) - each sleeps 3-4 (full-size bed and 1 bunk bed)

        • Cabins "E, F, & G" share chapel bathrooms

        • Each bathroom has a shower

      • 8 cabins with bunk beds - each sleeps up to 16

        • Cabins "1, 7 & 8" have bathrooms attached (2 showers, 2 toilets, & 2 sinks each)

        • Cabins "2, 3 & 4" have bathrooms attached that are under construction (should be completed by May 1st, 2008)

        • Cabins "5 & 6" do not have attached bathroom - they use the Boy's Shower house (see camp map) - planned construction fall 2008 or 2009 (donation permitting)

    • Chapel:

      • Seats approx 165 in padded pews

      • Heated & air-conditioned

      • Multimedia projector, wired and wireless microphones, Yamaha Portable Digital Grand Piano, and a sound booth with desktop computer with PowerPoint, DVD/VHS player, tape deck, & PSC printer

    • Dining Hall / Kitchen:

      • Heated & air-conditioned

      • Seats up 120 people (metal folding chairs & 8' tables)

      • Ice machine, coffee makers, hot water maker (teas, etc.), salad bar, and 2 high-chairs

      • Plastic plates, tumblers, bowls, metal silverware, coffee cups for up to 150 people

      • Kitchen has a convection oven, two 6 burners stoves with ovens, built-in steam table, prep area with utensils, deep freezers, upright freezer, refrigerators, dishwasher, large tub sinks, large capacity prep pots and bowls,

    • Gym:

      • Full-size basketball court which can be converted into two separate volleyball / basketball court area - heated but not air-conditioned

      • Kitchenette and "craft room" - heated and air-conditioned

      • Game room, mini-conference room, & toddler room - heated & air-conditioned

      • Separate bathrooms with showers - heated & air-conditioned

    • Outdoor sport amenities:

      • Sand volleyball pit

      • Basketball / volleyball court

      • In-ground pool with diving board and water-slide

      • Softball / soccer field

      • Children and toddeler swings

      • Horseshoe pits
